How do I adjust my order? ​


​If you ordered a wrong size, input the wrong address, or notice any other mistakes regarding your order, let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to adjust it for you! If your package has already shipped, we can no longer amend the order.

  • How big is your DTG print?

Our max print with DTG is 16x21. Very Soon we hope to be able to print bigger...

  • How long does shipping generally take within the United States?

All Pieces Are Made To Order and Manufactured In The Heart Of Down Town Los Angeles.

Please refer to the collections' page of each brand for more accurate shipping times. 

  • Why hasn't my order shipped yet? 


Orders typically ship within 6-12 business days. If, for any other reason we have not been able to ship your order in that time, we will contact you via email and let you know. Please be sure to check your spam folder!

 

  • How do I track my order?

​Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking to update.

 

  • What do I do if my order is missing? (INTERNATIONAL)

For international shipments, contact your local post office first and ask if they are holding the package for you due to customs.​ Otherwise, visit the 'Contact Us' page as soon as possible and send an email with your order number. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address that has been provided to us.

 

Will my package be charged additional import or custom charges for international shipping?

Certain countries charge customs fee depending on the worth of the goods in the package. Please note that we do not cover the customs fee.

You are completely 100% responsible for any fees associated with your shipping option you selected at checkout. If you choose to abandon your package to avoid custom fees, we cannot be held responsible if you choose to cancel your order. All International Sales are final as well.

 

  •  What payment options do you accept? ​


We currently accept Visa, Paypal, Mastercard, & American Express, Apple Pay, Cash and Zelle. 

  • Can I get a price adjustment if I purchased before a new sale?  


There will be no price adjustments for any items that go on sale at a later date  of your purchase. 

  • Are custom samples refundable?  

We call it samples for a reason, there will always be changes that arise, which is why for your final production all those will be fixed, however at this time, samples are final sale.

 

  • How do I cancel/return my order?

We are unable to cancel due to high volumes. We can only alter shipping address or sizing.

All Sales Are Final even if Product was Received Damaged by Shipping Carrier

No Refunds Whatsoever, all sales are final including redos.

If you receive your product and you still file a chargeback you will forfeit the right to participate in any future Tekton Products or Services plus be banned until debt is paid in full. 

Orders made offline or via email are non-refundable and must be paid in full.
