Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking to update.
For international shipments, contact your local post office first and ask if they are holding the package for you due to customs. Otherwise, visit the 'Contact Us' page as soon as possible and send an email with your order number. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address that has been provided to us.
Will my package be charged additional import or custom charges for international shipping?

We are unable to cancel due to high volumes. We can only alter shipping address or sizing.
